A few months back we pulled a tape off our shelves that had remained unwatched for some six years, which you’ll see was a grievous error.  The movie was Computer Beach Party, a super-obscure sex comedy from the 80s.  It features bad acting, horrible dubbing, buried treasure, trips to NASA, ragtime music, and last but not least, a hair band named Panther which does the entire soundtrack.

A few weeks ago we held two screenings of this gem with our friends from the Found Footage Festival at 92Y Tribeca in New York.  We had a great turnout and people seemed to love this movie as much as we do.  To share a little taste of this movie with you, we’ve cut a highlight reel/trailer.  You can pick up a copy on VHS from Amazon for five bucks if you want to be the envy of all your friends.  Enjoy.
